TAT is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping time is separate. All transfers are printed to order and typically ship within this timeframe.

All transfers are printed using a commercial CMYK DTF printer for professional, consistent results.

Please ensure your files are uploaded correctly before placing your order. We accept high resolution PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI. DO NOT MIRROR. Files are printed exactly as submitted and will not be edited, resized, or corrected.

By placing an order, you confirm that the artwork provided is yours or that you have obtained the proper licenses or permissions to use it. Covert Printing Co. is not responsible for unauthorized or infringing designs submitted by customers.

Colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Printed colors are not guaranteed to match digital displays due to differences in screens, materials, and the CMYK printing process.

A commercial heat press with adjustable pressure is required for proper application. Home irons will not provide consistent or reliable results. We strongly recommend using an infrared thermometer to ensure your press is reaching accurate and consistent temperatures.
