Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order, as Covert Printing Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Current turnaround time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Turnaround time refers to processing and production time only and does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Gang sheets are rolled for shipping to help prevent creasing and maintain print quality during transit.

Covert Printing Co. is not responsible for:

• Carrier shipping delays
• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package. We are happy to assist when possible, but once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees related to returned packages, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or reshipments.
