Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on custom printed transfers.

If you receive an order with a printing defect or an issue caused directly by our error, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Clear photos of the product and packaging will be required for review. If approved, a replacement or shop credit may be issued at our discretion.

Covert Printing Co. is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Customer supplied artwork or low resolution files
  • Incorrect file sizing, transparency, or upload errors
  • Improper application or pressing techniques
  • Incorrect temperature, pressure, or pressing time
  • Use of non-commercial heat presses or home irons
  • Color variations between screens and printed products
  • Shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier mishandling
