Order + Processing
What is your current turnaround time (TAT)?
Our current TAT is 1–3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. TAT begins once your order is placed.
Do you offer rush orders?
At this time, rush orders are not guaranteed. If you need something quickly, please message before ordering.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. Please double check sizing, quantity, and artwork before checkout.
Design + Files
What file types do you accept?
We accept high resolution PNG files with a transparent background.
What resolution should my files be?
Files should be 300 DPI for best print quality.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
We print your files exactly as uploaded. We do not edit, resize, or correct artwork unless otherwise stated.
Will you remove backgrounds or fix my design?
No, files must be print ready before uploading.
Gang Sheets
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a sheet that includes multiple designs arranged together to maximize space and value.
Do you build gang sheets for me?
You can either upload a pre made gang sheet or use our builder to create your own.
What size gang sheet should I order?
This depends on how many designs you have and how large they are. We recommend arranging your designs first to see what size works best.
Pressing + Application
How do I press my DTF transfers?
Recommended Pressing Settings:
• Temp: 300 to 305°F
• Time: 10 to 15 seconds
• Pressure: Heavy/Firm
• Peel: Hot instant peel, then repress with parchment paper or butcher paper for 5 to 10 seconds
Pressing Instructions:
- Prepress garment for a few seconds to remove moisture
- Center transfer on garment
- Press for 10 to 15 seconds with heavy pressure
- Peel instantly while hot
- Cover with parchment paper or butcher paper and repress for 5 to 10 seconds
For best results, you will need a heat press with adjustable pressure, as irons do not provide consistent heat or pressure. We strongly recommend using an infrared thermometer to confirm your press is reaching the correct temperature, as inaccurate heat can affect application and durability.
What fabrics can I use these on?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, and more.
Do you guarantee pressing results?
We guarantee the quality of the transfer, but final results depend on proper pressing.
Shipping + Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders ship once your turnaround time (TAT) is complete.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.
Policies + Returns
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the problem so we can review.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Care Instructions
- Turn garment inside out
- Machine wash cold
- Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or stain remover
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Do not iron directly on the design
